Heather Turner is an Oklahoma business, education, and community leader with a career spanning entrepreneurship, public service, economic development, and education. She currently serves as Executive Director of the David and Barbara Green Centre for Global Leadership at Oral Roberts University, where she develops leaders grounded in faith, character, and purpose.

Previously, Heather served as Deputy CEO of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, Executive Director of CORE, and President and CEO of the Jenks Chamber of Commerce. She is also the founder of Anthem Road Academy School of Music, a certified John Maxwell Leadership speaker, coach, and trainer, and author of the DreamTraders book and curriculum.

Heather holds degrees from The University of Tulsa and Oklahoma State University. She and her husband, Jon, have been married for 24 years and are proud parents of two sons and three beloved dogs.
